Hayley Vincent

Personal Trainer based in Astley, Greater Manchester, and work with women locally to support their health, fitness, and wellbeing goals.
What makes you unique as a Personal Trainer:
“My evidence-based approach, combining my academic background in sports science research with my experience as a certified wellbeing coach. I deliver information in a way that’s easy to understand so women feel educated and empowered, while creating a safe, non-judgemental space that supports women both physically and holistically. I look at the body from a mechanical perspective and coach in a way that is both supportive and challenging. Mums are capable of more than they think or believe!!”
Biggest achievement:
“My biggest achievement as a trainer has been building a business that supports women, particularly in pre and postnatal fitness, while also working in further and higher education as a sports science lecturer and balancing life as a mum to a toddler.”

Rachel Prince:

Personal Trainer Based in South West London and Online Coach – ReBorn Active
What makes you unique as a Personal Trainer:
“the combination of evidence-led strength coaching, pelvic health specialism and real-life understanding of motherhood and women’s physiology. My approach focuses on helping women rebuild confidence and strength long-term, not just “bounce back.”
Biggest achievement:
“One of my biggest achievements as a trainer has been helping women return to activities they thought were no longer possible. This includes mums with prolapse dramatically reducing symptoms and lifting heavier than they did pre-diagnosis, one that also stands out is a US client who went from struggling to do basic household tasks, including laundry, due to severe SPD pain to enjoying her best ski season six months later.”

Marianna Engal:

Personal Trainer at a Private PT Studio in Stockport
Awards:
Pre & Postnatal Instructor of the Year’ from the Active Pregnancy Foundation Awards
What makes you unique as a Personal Trainer:
“Despite being a fitness enthusiast and boring people senseless with my different chicken salads, that’s not actually why I decided to retrain later in life to become a PT. After the birth of my son I was determined to feel myself again, but at 10 weeks postpartum I developed pelvic organ prolapse. I was initially told by health professionals that I shouldn’t run or lift heavy weights. I decided I would read, research and find a different narrative. Locally I couldn’t find the right support or coach that I needed, so I decided to become that person – for myself and for any other mums struggling with their own recovery.”
Biggest achievement:
“A massive career highlight was winning ‘Pre & Postnatal Instructor of the Year’ from the Active Pregnancy Foundation Awards – a national award where I found myself in a room surrounded by people who inspired me and leaders in women’s health. But that’s not my biggest achievement. The true achievement is when you work with a mum who finds her sense of self again; when she discovers the joy to be found in strength training and exercise becomes a habit. That achievement not only impacts her life but also the life of her family, because we know that active healthy mums leads to active healthy children. So I’m not sure it gets any better than that!”

Lyndsey Hopper:

Personal Trainer at David Lloyds Southend and Online Coach – Coachedbylyndsey
What makes you unique as a Personal Trainer:
“My own personal experiences and healing with disordered eating, unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, training throughout pregnancy and rebuilding my strength back postpartum twice has allowed me to build the knowledge and expertise to support women going through similar experiences.”
Biggest achievement:
“My biggest achievement has been launching my online rebalance academy as any online coach will know this takes a lot of work behind the scenes and it’s great to see it working – women feeling great in their bodies and having energy for life again!”

Valeria Baglieri:

Personal Trainer based in Dublin, Ireland.
What makes you unique as a Personal Trainer:
“What makes me unique is my focus on helping women build strength safely and confidently, while creating a supportive environment that feels empowering rather than intimidating. I’m always ready to adapt exercises to each individual’s needs and, when needed, happily incorporate babies into the session for an extra cuddle and a more relaxed experience for mums.”
Biggest achievement:
“My biggest achievement has been successfully changing careers later in life and building a business that genuinely impacts women’s confidence, strength, and wellbeing. In my 40s I left a long career in tech sales to build a business aligned with my passion and values, proving it’s never too late to reinvent yourself.”
