What is REPs Ireland and what does REPs Ireland do?
The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs Ireland) has been established to professionalise the fitness industry through the promotion of standards.
REPs Ireland ensures that registered members are appropriately qualified with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to perform their role effectively.
How much does REPs Ireland cost?
Membership is priced at €65 and must be renewed annually
How long do REPs Ireland CPD points last?
REPs Ireland require all registered exercise professionals to undertake a minimum amount of CPD every 2 years. REPs Ireland uses a point-based system to record and document this ongoing learning and development.
An exercise professional must earn 20 CPD points every 2 years by completing courses approved by REPs Ireland and producing evidence of this when renewing membership.

It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure appropriate insurance cover is in place while practicing as an exercise professional. Professional Indemnity/Malpractice/Public Liability Insurance can be purchased through our partner insurance provider and is available to REPs Ireland members at reduced cost of €105 per annum.
In order to avail of the discounted insurance, you must have a current REPs Ireland membership. After registering/renewing you will be issued with an email link to avail of the discounted rate insurance.
